Please note that to predict the actual number of participants and avoid any wastages, Online Registration and Pre-Payment are required to attend this event. The registration will not be completed until the entry fee is paid.

05:30 PM: Registration, Meet & Greet, Appetizers

Participation Fees:

1. Paid/Voting members & their immediate families (spouse, children & parents): $35/person (Age 13 and above), $25/person (Age 6 - 12), free for kids under 6.

2. General members & their immediate families (spouse, children & parents): $40/person (Age 13 and above), $30/person (Age 6 - 12), free for kids under 6.

3. Extended families and friends: $50/person (Age 6 and above), free for kids under 6.

Note: General members can pay membership fees now and take advantage of paying reduced fees as voting members for the 2025 calendar year. FYI, BUETAAA Annual Membership Fees - Standard: $25, Student: $10.

Spectacular Venue: We’re hosting the celebration at the grand Royal Palace, where a luxurious setting offers the perfect space to relax and socialize.

Live Music Performances: Get ready to groove as the popular band "Kaya" from Calgary lights up the stage! Our own Edmonton band — Hamid bhai, Zahid bhai, Sabu bhai & Team — plus, as always, our talented BUETian musicians will showcase their incredible performances.

Delicious Appetizers & Delectable Buffet Dinner: Enjoy a delectable buffet spread that promises to satisfy your taste buds. Come hungry and ready to indulge! Menu includes the following items:

       Appetizers: Tandoori chicken, fish pakora & vegetable pakora

       Dinner: Karai chicken, goat curry, mixed vegetable tawa, mutter paneer, mutter pulao, naan, bhatura (luchi) & mixed garden salad

       Desserts: Gulab jamun, fresh fruit, & pastry for kids

       Plus unlimited soft drinks & water
